It is so much more ... finding your place in the world, figuring out where you fit in, wanting to know that you belong, desperately wanting to belong.
Never feeling like you’re good enough – good enough to find a partner who respects you, feeling like you’re always falling short as a human being… Not making enough money to support the life you’ve dreamed of, still not being able to please your parents even after all these years. Maybe you are also thinking about a job where you feel valued and with a sense of purpose?

I use creative methods based on my training as a solution focused psychotherapist and confidence coach - and my lived experiences - to improve the health and well-being of women.
My work has a special focus on building resilience - empowering women to take advantage of change, improving sleep patterns and an increased feeling of wellbeing, including recovery from bullying and narcissistic relationships, from loss of confidence - and by improving communication skills.
