Boston Travel Bag - Mexico
"Mexico" is for admirers of the wonderful Frida Kahlo and her extraordinary life, an extraordinary woman who took storytelling through dramatic expression of art in directions less travelled, at once captivating, sometimes shocking to close observers of human life, but always inspiring, Mexico is a travel bag for all seasons and all places that will not be outdone.
It is made of high quality water-resistant vegan friendly synthetic fabric with a distinct canvas feel as you would expect of an artist - with soft handles. It has a single zip top closure, cream colour interior lining with a single zip interior pocket and a really good adjustable and removable 1.5” wide cross-body strap with a drop from the shoulder of a max of 70 cm or 28”. It measures 18.5 inches (L 47 cm) by 8.5 inches (W 21.5 cm) and the height to its squashable top (below the fold down handles) is 9.5 inches (H 24.5 cm). It weighs just under 800 gm – less than a kilo. A light, strong, distinctive travel bag.
*On the basis that appearance and style does matter, a bag that just stands out from the crowd in a great design way is worth a lot to our self confidence, whether one is embarking on a great ship up the catwalk of all catwalks, or walking the long walk past the palm trees to the reservation desk of a beautiful hotel, or during the short walk on a railway platform to carriages A – C, at the front of course, for the express to somewhere.
*The dimensions mean that it qualifies as the main piece of BA carry-on luggage - the same for cruise ships.
*It is ideally suited to the increasingly popular overnight excursions wherever your base is.
*Unlike rectangular plain hard small bags it is emotionally comfortable with its visits to well-being or leisure centres. And weekends away with a bag that looks like you are fun or interesting to be with is a good way of starting conversations.
